Our Values

Impact Interactive stands in solidarity with all people from marginalized groups who are fighting for respect, justice, and equality.  We strongly condemn all forms of racism, sexism, hatred, discrimination, and abuse of power. We commit to actively recruiting and maintaining a diverse ensemble of performance educators; collaborating with them when devising theatre-based curricula, and centering diverse voices and experiences in our interactive scenes; reflecting on our own biases and leaning into uncomfortable conversations about race, privilege and oppression; and using our unique theatre-based methods to expose injustice, challenge assumptions, and help organizations create learning and working environments that are truly equitable.
